This morning I and some of my friends came to campus faster, which is at 6:00 a.m. To continue making Puff Pastry, why? Because yesterday we failed to make Puff Pastry: ((So Sad ~, for about two hours we worked on the Puff Pastry. After all the preparations were finished, we finally came back and joined other friends at 8 o'clock. I began to see new seniors again who would teach us for further practice.
While getting to know the seniors, finally my Pastry Puff and other friends were made and looked at again by Mr. Ical, and ... I can't hear that my group will repeat again. At first I felt tired and tired, but let's look at the positive side, I can study again and again, because on Monday I can't make Puff Pastry, but today I can make it many times, and can find out where I made mistakes. After all the fatigue I had experienced this morning until noon, finally with enthusiasm, even though I was tired, I continued the next practice, namely making Pie Dough and Sugar Dough.
During this process, I tried to graze as quickly and as detailed as possible what my friends had told me, because when my group repeated making Pastry Puff, we were unable to follow the explanation that was given by him. Besides making Pie Dough and Sugar Dough, we were also taught to make Pastry Cream, after that we were divided into 10 groups to make Pastry Cream and Bechamel Sauce.
After everything is finished, we do General Cleaning, and gather for Oneline, so that we can hear further explanations from Mr. Ical had to learn the next material for tomorrow's practice, as soon as we finally ate Dough Pie and Sugar Dough that we had made together, and went home to each other.
