Sir. Ical had arrived and entered the pastry and bakery room where we did Oneline, he began to discuss what practices we would make today, namely making Choux & Eclair, Sir. Ical began to do a showing so that we could learn it, after that we were also told to make it, and helped by seniors who would make Pastry Cream which would later be filled in instead of our dough later.
When we started the practice, I returned to my previous practice group, because on Tuesday, I was transferred to a new practice group, it was just the same, both sad to leave the old group and go to a new group, then go back to the old group again, Uhuhuhu. When the practice took place, I really understood the material this time, in just one experiment, my group was able to successfully make the dough, because if I looked around, many other groups repeated 2 times or 3times making new doughs again.
After the batter was finished and bake, we were finally allowed to rest, finished eating, we returned to the Kitchen, and started filling the Pastry Cream into our Choux and Eclair which had been bake for about 45 minutes, and after that we finally started General Cleaning and ending with a little information from Sir. Ical, and we returned to our home.
