Day 7: Daily Activity (Eng Ver.)

So we started when I walked to the kitchen at 6 o'clock, and in the kitchen it turned out that there were many other friends, preparing their products and I could only help them what I could help. like helping to peel boiled eggs for friends who make egg dishes.

Today we are oneline at 7.15 by our supervisior of 3 people. today there are so many friends who don't arrive on time, or late. Luckily I was able to arrive on time. after the attendance, our introductions and stories began to do our work which was delayed due to attendance. I and my group friends started preparing materials for chicken porridge which was our duty. We started collecting vegetables, herbs and other spices to add chicken porridge.

At 8:35 a.m. we returned oneline to explain what will be done today and what will be prepared for tomorrow. we were again divided into several groups, namely the Continental, English, American, Indonesian groups breakfast. and I joined the Continental Breakfast group. After we finished dividing the new group, we started removing the chicken from the freezer and then cutting it into pieces, then we boiled the chicken for a few minutes, after we felt it was enough, we let the chicken sit, then fried.

After all the pieces of chicken have been fried, we start making chicken into the form of suiran or it can also be called chicken shreeded. After that it is saved to be ready for use tomorrow. While waiting for some of my worship friends, my friend and my group then prepared the ingredients for tomorrow. we started making Soft Rolls and Hard Rolls for our products tomorrow. While waiting for our Bread to be finished roasting we were given time to rest and eat the rest of the American breakfast products from other friends.

Time has passed, days are getting late, we started doing General Cleaning, and GC was finished around 6:00 p.m. Before going home, we do oneline and go home. but unexpected things happened, the Soft Roll we made today seemed to burn a little on the surface, finally we had to roll the Soft Roll, and go home at 8pm. So sad, right?
