Morning
my dear friends, how? still curious about the continuation of the croissant
group? will this time fail again? or succeed ?, okay ... happy reading,

This
morning, we arrived no longer at 6 am, the four of us came at 7, today we will
make another croissant carefully, and as best as possible, starting from the
ingredients, the development of the croissant mixture, how to roll, how to rest
the dough in the freezer and how to fold the croissant mixture.
When
we started rolling the Croissant dough, my friends and I took the initiative to
use a roll machine, very carefully we took the dough from the Freezer and
pressed it on the roll machine, we were nervous, but also tried to calm down,
and encourage each other, so This croissant mixture is not crushed, and so this
croissant can be successful when baked.
Everything
we do carefully, and also today I and my friends go home quickly, so when we
have formed the Croissant mixture and we are Proofing, we also do General
Cleaning, together with groups from other departments who use this kitchen.
Because
we have to clean the kitchen, so we have to take turns looking at the Croissant
dough, when I'm cleaning, Sasa is responsible for baking the Croissants we have
formed, who would have thought Sasa forgot to give Egg Wash to the surface of
this croissant dough, thank you for croissants we are still so much that we are
not so panicked.
Finally all of us have finished cleaning
the kitchen, and also our Croissants have been made, we are very proud, because
the shape and taste of our Croissants are better and better, we also show our
Croissants to Sir. Faisal, we are given advice, and suggestions that in the
