Good morning my friends, do you
still miss the Croissant group? Hahaha, but this time I will not only discuss
Croissants, but discuss a little about Pisang Ijo (Green Banana), the menu this
time I and my group will practice is the Menu Rotation II. 3, namely Menu
Celebes or South Sulawesi's special food, (Don't Forget Croissants Group !!!).
Today is the first time my group
has made Pisang Ijo (Green Banana), today we should be able to prepare this
Pisang Ijo (Green Banana) menu, but because the banana we will use is not
there, so we delay it first until tomorrow.
You have to know that not because
the banana is not available, you should also make green banana sauce when you
want to use it. Because today we postponed the making of Pisang Ijo (Green
Banana) and only prepared a few ingredients, so I will return to the group of
Croissants: 3.
It was time to start making
Croissants that I and my croissant friends learned 2 weeks ago, before we
started making croissants we prayed first, hoping that all of our activities
today will run well, safely.
We make dough wholeheartedly,
then we proofing the croissant mixture for 1 hour, while waiting, we clean our
tools and work area to keep it clean. After 1 hour, we passed the croissant
dough and we put the Croisant Fat, then we folded 3x singles which after we
folded it once we would first rest it into the Freezer so that the Fat
Croissant did not melt, and after resting several times, we formed a croissant
mixture it became like a crescent moon, after that we proofed it for 2 hours.
While waiting we do General
Cleaning together so that our kitchen is maintained. After 2 hours, we finally
cooked for 20 minutes at 120 C. And after everything was finished, we showed
our Croissant to Sir. Faisal.
